Where the creation of multiple accounts was used to abuse bonus programmes, 866lj reserves the right to recover all bonus-derived winnings.

866lj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for breach, 866lj reserves the right to withhold any Funds pending investigation and, where fraud is established, to forfeit such Funds and recover any losses caused to 866lj. Where an Account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, 866lj will return verified real-money balances after completing required checks.
866lj reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via SMS or platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR regulation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to 866lj's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
